Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VoiceIt, a voice-to-text tool for veterinary professionals operated by Clean Wake AB (org. nr 559483-8616), the company behind The Digital Clinic, Sprängarvägen 27, 184 70 Åkersberga, Sweden ("we", "us"). By using VoiceIt, you accept these terms in full.

1. What VoiceIt is

VoiceIt converts spoken veterinary consultations into structured clinical notes. It is a free tool that requires no account or registration. You record, we transcribe and structure, you copy the result.

2. What VoiceIt is not

VoiceIt is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or electronic health record system. The generated notes are drafts intended for review by a qualified veterinary professional before use. We do not provide veterinary advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any output before incorporating it into patient records or clinical decisions.

3. Who may use VoiceIt

VoiceIt is intended for licensed veterinary professionals and their authorised staff. By using VoiceIt, you confirm that you are legally permitted to record consultations in your jurisdiction and that you have obtained any required consent from animal owners or other parties present during the recording.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the content you record. Do not record without appropriate consent from all parties present.
  • Review all generated notes before clinical use. AI-generated content may contain errors, including incorrect drug names or dosages.
  • Do not use VoiceIt for purposes other than veterinary clinical documentation.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent the 12-hour data retention period for storage purposes.

5. Data retention

All recordings, transcriptions, and generated notes are automatically deleted within 12 hours of creation. You may delete your data at any time before this period expires using the "Delete now" function. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Sponsored content

VoiceIt is funded by veterinary industry sponsors. After generating your clinical note, you may see product recommendations from our sponsors. These recommendations are clearly labelled as sponsored and are generated based on the clinical content of your consultation. Sponsored content does not constitute veterinary advice. Inclusion of a product does not imply endorsement by VoiceIt or The Digital Clinic. Sponsor companies do not receive your recording, transcription, or any other session data.

7. Accuracy and limitations

VoiceIt uses artificial intelligence to transcribe audio and generate clinical notes. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the output is error-free. Transcription quality depends on audio clarity, background noise, accent, and terminology used. Drug names, dosages, and clinical details in the generated note must be verified by you before clinical use.

8. Availability

We provide VoiceIt on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss arising from service interruptions or modifications.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clean Wake AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of VoiceIt, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on generated content, loss of data, or service interruptions.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content of your recordings and the clinical notes generated from them. We claim no ownership of your data. The VoiceIt name, logo, design, and underlying technology remain the property of Clean Wake AB.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or applicable law. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of VoiceIt after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt), except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
